SnowBogan Warranty Policy

At SnowBogan, we stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty policy applies to all SnowBogan ski goggles, ski gloves, and beanies purchased directly from snowbogan.com.au.

Warranty Coverage

SnowBogan products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. This includes:

  • Frame defects on ski goggles (cracking, warping not caused by impact or misuse)
  • Strap attachment failures on goggles
  • Seam and stitching failures on ski gloves and beanies
  • Zip and buckle defects on ski gloves
  • Fabric delamination on ski gloves not caused by misuse or washing errors

What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. The following are explicitly excluded:

  • Ski Goggles: Scratched, cracked, or damaged lenses; fogging caused by improper storage or use; frame damage from impact, dropping, or pressure; removal or damage of the anti-scratch or anti-fog coating; loss of the protective lens film
  • Ski Gloves: Wear, fading, or deterioration from normal use; waterproofing degradation over time or from improper washing; damage from sharp objects, heat, or chemicals; odour or staining from use
  • Beanies: Pilling, stretching, or fading from normal wear and washing; damage caused by improper washing (e.g. machine washing on hot, tumble drying)
  • Any product that has been altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than SnowBogan
  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers

Returns for Damaged or Used Items

We do not accept returns or warranty claims for products that show signs of use, wear, scratching, or damage of any kind. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached and original packaging intact to be eligible for a return or warranty assessment.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To lodge a warranty claim, please contact us at snowbogansports@gmail.com with the following:

  1. Your order number and proof of purchase
  2. A clear description of the defect
  3. Photos showing the defect

We will assess your claim within 5 business days and advise on next steps. If your claim is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

SnowBogan reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under this warranty. Our warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
